Pasquale Palamaro, Michelin star chef of the "Indaco" restaurant of the Regina Isabella Resort. Co-founder of Marificio, where he created a line of unique and original fish products, giving value to the quality of the finest fish of our tradition with flair and passion.

Walter Ferretto, Michelin star chef who enchants his guests with the typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine and who has made Il Cascinale Nuovo in Isola d'Asti a popular destination for international gourmets. Together with Fulvio Siccardi and Diego Pattarino, I Tre Chefs have created an innovative project that aims to bring signature pasta to the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering industry.

Giovanni Spera, born into a family of pizza-makers, has specialised in the art of baking during many experiences in Italy and Europe. In love with pizza in all of its facets, he masters the different types of dough that he proposes in his business. His mission is to bring the traditional tastes and typical products of his territory back into the limelight.

Antonella Ricci, Michelin star chef, attended the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and then interned at a two-Michelin-star restaurant in Normandy. Her restaurant, the "Tavola dei Ricci", was born from this experience in France. In 2004 she became a professor at the prestigious Alma food school. The chef, also known for her television appearances, has opened a restaurant in the Lombard capital with her partner Vinod Sookar.

Renato Bosco is defined as the "pizza researcher" for his spirit of research which leads him to continuously experiment with new doughs and filling by selecting high quality flours and working with long leavening. In 2009 he founded "Saporè", immediately entered the Olympus of the new contemporary Italian pizza.

Michele Pentucci opened his first restaurant, the "Osteria degli Ultimi" at a very young age. The restaurant was immediately listed in the "Osterie d'Italia" restaurant guide of Slow Food Italia. After having been part of the brigade of the Da Rossi restaurant, he now collaborates with and represents the T & C Tartufi company of Acqualagna as chef.

Salvatore Salvo represents the third generation of Neapolitan pizza chefs in his family. His pizza combines tradition, innovation, research into doughs as well as the best local ingredients which include Slow Food Presidia.

Franco Favaretto, ambassador for the culture and promotion of stockfish in the world for the Norwegian Seafood Council. He is co-founder of the Dogale Confraternita del Baccalà Mantecato and Testing Chef for the company Tagliapietra e Figli Srl, the largest importer of stockfish in Italy. Professor at the ALMA food school for years and chef of the family restaurant "Baccaladivino" for thirty years.
